The Techtel Brand Strength Module tracks a company's marketing performance in three all-encompassing areas: brand attraction strength, sales pipeline strength and customer loyalty. This module is published quarterly.

  • Brand Attraction Strength Report—Tracks marketing performance, provides information on brand or product line awareness and trends the opinions of new and repeat customers. This report shows whether marketing communications is producing awareness, positive opinion and consideration effectively. It tracks how well a company converts category interest into brand interest.
  • Sales Pipeline Strength Report—Measures the product, sales and channel performance of the brand. This report tracks the ability of a brand or product line to convert consideration into action such as product evaluation/trial/demonstration and ultimately, purchase.
  • Customer Loyalty Strength Report— Determines the impact of product performance and customer service levels focusing on the customer. This report tracks a company's ability to turn first-time buyers into repeat customers.
