Every quarter Techtel's Demand Capture System identifies where the most promising areas are for increasing your demand. It is offered in three integrated modules:

Solution Strength Module

Uncovers the relevance of your brand to the solution categories which are driving huge demand.

Brand Strength Module

Tracks marketing performance in three all-encompassing areas: brand, sales pipeline and customer loyalty.

Drill Down Module

This is a customized, in-depth investigation focusing on a specific problem within the overall demand capture system. The focus of this report is on the "why" in addition to providing expert recommendations on how to correct the problem or issue quickly.

Techtel Service Levels

Techtel recognizes that each client is different and requires a level of service specific to its situation and needs. Within each module, there are three levels of service: Standard, Gold and Platinum.

Name of service What is included
   Standard Facts. Standard service is designed for companies who just want the raw facts. This service level includes electronic distribution of reports, a brief one-to-two page executive summary, and a quarterly two-hour telephone conference to discuss the content. Clients receive "top line" summaries 15 days after the end of the quarter to get an early read on the data. These "top line" summaries usually consist of 70 percent or more of the respondents. Final reports are received five weeks after the end of a quarter.
   Gold Interpretation. Gold service assists clients who lack the time or resources to review and analyze the data. This service level includes all of the services provided in the standard level, plus a detailed analysis (10-40 PowerPoint pages) each quarter. This analysis provides insights of the implications of the data to the client. Clients will receive five hardcopy versions of the reports and one onsite visit per year.
   Platinum Recommendations. Platinum service is for clients who want Techtel to analyze the implications and make strategic and operational recommendations based on the data. Platinum service includes all of the services provided in the Gold level, plus 40 hours of executive-level consulting from leading marketing, strategy and research gurus. This level of service also includes two onsite visits per year.
